VIP wheels & tires to go

Hands down the best customer service experience I've ever had when dealing with anything automotive. My tires were beyond worn one of them was showing wires I didn't have any previous experience with tires and the employees and owner at the shop educated me on tires and the importance of maintaining them. They gave me a really good deal on some basically brand-new tires when I was on a budget. 2 months after I got my tires put on one of my tires developed a slow leak in the valve stem I went back to the shop and they quickly help with me retighten the the valve even though my 30-day warranty had expired. I definitely recommend to my friends and family and anyone who is in need of tires this is the place to go.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The fast friendly and honest reviews are spot on… small shop big heart. Replaced a worn out tire in minutes. (Stopped in for a plug because of a little nail) the tire was definitely worn so here we are. If your in a bind and need something quick I’m sure they can get you what you need or close : ) Update Got that pesky lug off : ) Thanks for all the help and effort VIP was unable to get this little guy off but they sure gave it a go! At any rate my 5 star still stands they are extremely helpful and do great work 😎 Psa (check your lug nuts they may have expanded over time or rusted on)

Gus and Rico went above and beyond with their customer service. I sent a family member up there to get help with some used tires and they gave great service, a great price and help with a minor window switch issue. Can't thank you enough and definitely will recommend to friends family and neighbors. I finally found a tire guy!!!

Amazing deal on rare used tires. Fast and professional service. It is frustrating others do not give this place a proper review. Gentlemen if your wheel bearing or control arm components are damaged your tires will develop clear worn pattern. Ofcourse they won't warrant those. These guys are pro and know what they are doing. POC run business. Nice waiting area, and there is delicious Mexican food on site in case you have to wait. Igual hablan Español. A+++++ Highly recommended!

Bad Experience – Not Recommended I bought a set of used tires from this seller that were advertised as “like new” with a 30-day guarantee after balancing and installation. After installation, I discovered that two tires had severe and uneven wear, causing dangerous steering wheel vibration at highway speeds. The seller attempted rebalancing several times but the problem never went away. Despite the written 30-day guarantee, the seller refused to issue a refund or provide proper replacements. Be careful – the tires I received were not as described, and the promised guarantee was not honored. (What he wrote in response to my review, as well as everything else he says, is absolutely untrue. I never agreed to waive the warranty — it was my full right to request a refund, since you assured a 30-day guarantee. Do not trust these people — they will deceive you. I absolutely do not recommend this service.)
